Kitchen set

Derrick brought home a kitchen set from his mom's house today. She had gotten it at a garage sale a long time ago and used it with the kids she babysat. Since she isn't watching them anymore she sent it over to us since Elizabeth LOVED the kitchen set at my cousin's house.

Today I got a call from Elizabeth's daycare saying she had a high fever and was lethargic - but she did eat well today (which is a good sign). I left work early and picked her up. After calling her doctor, we just took it easy the rest of the afternoon - they said if she still has it by tomorrow to give them a call. I gave her some Infant Motrin and made sure she had plenty of fluids. The fever did dissipate for a little while after giving her the Motrin but came back. If she is still feverish in the morning we will call the doctor's office again.

She did enjoy playing with her kitchen set and we were able to reclaim our pan and wooden spoon that she has been 'making soup' with for the last couple weeks.
