Weaning

I'm beginning to seriously think about weaning Elizabeth from breastfeeding. My supply seems to be seriously diminishing and at the moment she is only feeding from me twice a day - morning and bedtime. I just don't know how to go about doing it so will have to do some research when I get the time.
