The End?
The house got down to about 52 degrees this afternoon. We worked outside pulling tree limbs to the street after D cut off the good chunks of wood since we will be getting a fire pit for christmas this year. It seemed warmer outside so we took advantage of that.
Elizabeth helped carry the wood pieces from the front yard to the wood pile in the back of the house:

The big wood pile:

Elizabeth also helped me rake the leaves:

After raking the leaves in the pile I figured I would put Elizabeth in them to see how she would react. Can you tell what she thinks of them?

While we were doing all the outside work the electric company came down to the end of the street and hooked up the power again for us. The had to go into the woods and fix something there. So it took awhile to get it fixed since they were getting stuck in the access path. It was so nice to have electricity and heat again.
