Thirty-Six Weeks
Today Elizabeth is 36 weeks old!
Here she is cracking herself up:
She is so funny lately. She does this thing where she throws her hands up and brings them down into herself while laughing. Such a card.
She is still ultra clingy to me. She doesn't like it when I leave the room. Daddy is taking this personally too even though I told him she does this when I'm alone with her and leave the room to go to the kitchen for a second. I'm flattered she loves me so much but it's also getting obnoxious.
She is also starting to move herself across the room via the butt scoot. She doesn't realize it yet but we are noticing that she is moving around gradually. She's also starting to reach more for stuff that is on the floor near by her. If she could just figure out how to go from a sit to a crawling position she would be dangerous. What she has been doing is she will be sitting and notice a piece of paper or a tissue that we set down temporarily while playing with her on the floor. She will put one leg behind her and then lean over her other leg that is crossed in front of her and reeeeeeach for the forbidden object. She has been moving a couple feet just by boot scooting and bouncing while she is playing and reaching for things.
