Warm baby

Today when I picked Elizabeth up from school the director said the teacher's mentioned that Elizabeth was lethargic and felt a little warm after she got up from her nap. I went into her room and it looked as if she had been crying (red under her eyes) but her teacher said no she wasn't feeling good. I picked her up and she felt warm and was obviously running a temp. We got home and I gave her some Motrin to kill the fever after taking her temp which was 99 at the time. She ate normally and drank some water and her temperature did cool down. When she went to bed she felt fine too so I'm hoping it was just a little bug.
