Medicinal Battles

Never underestimate the strength of a little 19 pound baby. We have had to give Elizabeth medicine for her ear infections and she now knows the dreaded dropper. If she sees that coming towards her she flails her arms trying to knock it away. Even with two of us holding her she still manages to avoid taking it. Besides trying to knock it away if we do manage to get it in her mouth she now sputters and spits it out.

Other methods we have tried - putting it on her food spoon which worked once (too bad it was only a partial dose) and also mixing it in with some fruit (which worked once or twice for a full dose). She is too smart for her own good.
