A Year Ago Today...

Was Elizabeth's due date... Looking back at my post on this day I was talking about having swollen ankles and feet (something that I hadn't had until that day) and what the nurse suggested: that I wear Derrick's socks and shoes (because they would be less constricting on the swollen legs/feet).

So to bring you some humor I will repost my response to that suggestion - putting on Derrick's size 13 shoes on my size 7 feet:
