Daddy Knows Best

Elizabeth and Derrick went to his mom's house so he could do some work on her house. She was a little cranky while there and nuked an outfit for Grandma (luckily I have a couple in the diaper bag).

Derrick was telling me how Elizabeth didn't want to eat for Grandma and he had asked her if she warmed the bottle up. She said it was warm but when he felt the bottle it was still a little cool (for Elizabeth's liking). He warmed it up some more and she drank her bottle. He later suggested that his mom give Elizabeth a little bit more while she was in her car seat (since she was fussing and was tired) and she would fall asleep to which his mom didn't think it would work but sure enough she did it and Elizabeth drifted off while she sucked on the bottle. So this goes to show how well Daddy knows his little girl.

We both got home at the same time tonight so we ate a little dinner and then took Elizabeth for a walk. The weather was really nice - not too humid and not too hot. So it was a nice end to a productive day.
