Elizabeth's Third Day
This morning we went in Elizabeth's room to find her in this position:

We might have to put the bumpers back on since she has started to sleep with her legs against the bars and sometimes between the bars. We picked her up and she had deep impressions in her legs from sleeping with her legs against the bars.
Today when we dropped Elizabeth off she cried when we gave her to her teacher (which has happened the last couple days but I always take her back). We let the teacher calm her and we left the room. We looked through the window on the door and she stopped crying after a minute and was interested in watching the kids play on the floor.
We picked her up and she was in the exersaucer again when we arrived. This time she smiled at us when we walked in. I jokingly said to Derrick about how she does the opposite each day - drop her off happy - pick her up crying, drop her off crying - pick her up happy. What a silly girl!
Tonight we looked at her other car seat and figured out how to get it in the car. We couldn't wait any longer for the trooper to get back to us. From what we were told there is only one trooper now at the station that does car seat inspections when there were two there last time I took the car seat to them.
We gave Elizabeth carrots again and she made the same faces she did last time. We will have to try them again in the future and see if she likes them at a later date.
