O Canada!

Today we headed up to our cabin in Canada for a long weekend. We left the house around 9:00am or so and got up there around 2:00pm. Elizabeth was a good girl the whole ride up. She talked awhile, slept and then when we stopped for gas/lunch I rode in the back with her and she had a bottle. After going through customs we stopped and got a fishing license in the hope that fishing would be as successful as last time.

We unpacked the car and then headed out on the boat to try our luck at fishing. It was very windy so we didn't stay out too long. We hardly got a nibble so we headed back in.

We set up a portable crib that Derrick had bought at a garage sale. It was really handy and we felt better about putting Elizabeth in that than on the bed where she might roll off.
