Early Wake Up Call

This morning Elizabeth woke me up at 4:30am crying in her crib. I laid in bed for a couple minutes to see if she would fall back to sleep but she didn't. I changed her diaper which was a little wet and got her another bottle which she finished. This was the third day in a row where she woke up in the middle of the night. We figured she would have slept through the night because she went to bed later in the evening but she decided to get up a couple hours later than her usual 2:30am wake up routine she has been following lately.

Derrick was nice enough to take care of making lunch, getting Elizabeth up, dressed and ready for daycare in the morning so that I could lay in bed until 7:30 am. Elizabeth wanted nothing to do with her bottle in the morning - big surprise there since she just had one 3 hours earlier.

She had a good day at daycare. She got to play outside on the deck in the afternoon and she also had a buggy ride in the morning since it was somewhat warm outside. Derrick, Elizabeth and I went for a walk up and down our street a couple times when we got home.

I am hoping that she sleeps through the night tonight. We woke her up around 9:30pm to change her and give her a bottle again to see if that will make her sleep through the night like it used to. I was just getting spoiled with putting her to bed around 9:00pm and having her sleep through the night.
