Crazy Day

Today was another no poop day for Elizabeth. While Derrick doesn't mind (since he doesn't have to change a poopy diaper) it also concerns us when she does this. One - we worry that something is wrong and two - we know we are in for trouble when she does let go.

Derrick said she also sucked on her feet for the first time. I have jokingly put her toe in her mouth in the past while playing with her since she loves playing with her feet but today she was bored in her crib and stuck her feet in her mouth. Derrick unfortunately didn't have the camera close by for the photo opportunity. I'm hoping she will do it again.

She also flung her pacifier out of her crib. He was in the office and heard this plop in her bedroom. When he looked in he saw the pacifier across the room from the crib. He's not sure if she purposely flung it or if she just had it in her hand and let go of it while her arm was in a downswing. Maybe she'll be a baseball pitcher.

After I got home from work, we quickly left the house and headed over to Derrick's sister's house for a Father's Day BBQ. We got out of the car and his sister was right there to take her from us. She was passed from person to person for most of the time we were there.
