Clean Sweep

No we weren't on the show but we did do a lot of straightening and cleaning up mainly in the front garage. Derrick took the shelving unit out of my truck and we filed my grandfather's containers of nails and screws into it. We got rid of a couple items we were keeping for some reason and we put the Buick parts and seats back in the car just to get them off of the garage floor. It was nice to get the garage back in order. Derrick also sealed off the openings from the garage into our addition. We were worried about bees flying down into the walls and ceiling and building a nest should they get in our garage.

My mom came over and helped me with the laundry and also helped with the garage straightening.

Derrick left the house around 5:00pm to go to his dad's house. They left town to go help his stepmother setup her booth for the state fair. I made dinner for my mom and I and then we gave Elizabeth some cereal. She enjoyed it as much as she did the first time.
